We see our task first and foremost in providing advice and support to avoid or settle disputes – also with a view to reducing costs for our clients. However, if necessary, we will of course also pursue your legal dispute in court on your behalf.
We attach particular importance to providing comprehensive personal advice to our clients. Therefore, we will discuss your case in detail with you, informing you not only about the legal and economic opportunities and risks, but also about the costs involved. Together with you we will find an individual solution for your legal problem.
We speak “plain language”. We will assess your case unembellished and will tell you clearly before taking on a mandate whether there is a chance of success or not. We are not interested in accepting mandates solely for economic reasons, that in our opinion cannot be successfully managed. We will conduct an accepted mandate in a clear and transparent manner. We will explain even (legally) complex matters in a clear and comprehensible manner so that you are always informed with regard to your legal affairs.
The law firm has deliberately specialized in a few areas of law. Because this is the only way to ensure that every mandate is handled with the necessary efficiency. In areas of law in which we are not specialized, we might refer you to lawyers who cooperate with us.
